Sweet Whiskey is officially turning one this week (on the 20th, to be exact), so his humans decided to celebrate this milestone with a session! I can’t think of a sweeter way to remember your dog as a puppy and to show off their fun personality at this age. Puppy energy is the best and makes for some hilarious photos, and Whiskey is 100% proof of that!
Whiskey is an adorable golden retriever and lab mix, but if his mom hadn’t told me, I would have thought he was a full-blood golden based on how he acts. He has the best personality and is so playful and full of energy. For a year old, he was well trained and did a great job listening for his session.
My favorite part of his shoot was the whiskey bottle his mom brought. His humans have been using it to track his height/size every month since he came home, and he towered over it at his session. It was such a sweet way to incorporate something personal and fun! After we got that photo, he also got to do a cake smash which he loved!
Happy birthday to this sweet, goofy, loveable pup!
